About the event

Come learn more about edible and medicinal wild plants and fungi walking the beautiful grounds of The Center at Mariandale, then join us for a potluck! This is part of a monthly foraging event organized by Wild Roots Initiative of the nonprofit D.I.G. Farm in partnership with the Garden of Hope leaders at Mariandale.

The Garden of Hope is a regenerative garden that grows food for local food pantries as well as a native plant garden that provides sustenance for pollinators and wildlife. Mariandale was founded by the Sisters of Hope who are committed to a life of eco-spirituality.
