Join herbalist Shoshanna Rome for Herbal Apothecary: Lungs and Aromatics. Breathe deep and embrace the fresh energy of spring! This class explores aromatic herbs that support lung health, helping to clear stagnation and promote respiratory wellness as the seasons shift. Learn how plants like thyme, elecampane, and pine can open the breath, soothe the lungs, and invigorate the senses. We'll discuss simple ways to incorporate these powerful herbs into teas, steams, and everyday practices to support clear, vibrant breathing this spring!

The Herbal Apothecary Course covers various body systems, will teach you how to integrate herbs into your daily life and how to make herbal preparations and body care products for daily care and common ailments. We will be delighted to walk beside you while you begin your herbal journey, and to support you in getting the most out of your experience! Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your connection with plants, this class offers a welcoming space to cultivate your herbal wisdom.


We end our day with a tasting of wild herbal infusions!


Upon completing this course you will have all the basic information you need to embark upon your own herbal journey as well as the confidence, enthusiasm, and curiosity that working with herbs could inspire. You will gain access to monthly virtual Mentorship Calls and receive the Certificate of Completion.
