In 2023 we exceeded our expectations. In 2024, we will double the number of outdoor nature programs we will run, helping hundreds of our participants build a lifetime tool for wellbeing.

The Sunshine Club

Located in Mohegan Lake, NY, The Sunshine Club is a Social Club of Westchester Jewish Community Services, supporting adults recovering from mental illness.

Community Based Services

Community Based Services operates satellites throughout Westchester and Putnam, building bridges for adults with disabilities.

Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry

Mt. Kisco Interfaith Food Pantry provides nutritious food and complementary education and services to those in need.

SPARC-LinkUp

SPARC-Linkup is enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through high quality therapeutic recreation activities in White Plains and Port Chester, NY.

The Community Center of Northern Westchester

The Community Center of Northern Westchester in Katonah, NY is a caring place dedicated to helping neighbors in need.

Neighbors Link

Neighbors Link of Mt. Kisco, NY, builds stronger communities through immigrant empowerment and integration.

Abilities Day

Additionally, we were proud to partner with Rockefeller State Park and Preserve on our first “Abilities Day”, increasing awareness of services for people with disabilities.

Lincoln Hall

Lincoln Hall of Lincolndale, NY, provides education, structure and support to young men, with the hopes of creating a future of promise and opportunity.

Join Us

The Access Nature Project has many opportunities for involvement. We run regional community programming from April through November. Contact us to discuss a program for your group or organization. If you work with outdoor organizations, contact us to learn more about incorporating this type of programming at your organization

Volunteer

Sign up to help at one or several of our programs. No experience necessary! Bonnie Robins willguide you on what to do and you will soon be experiencing the fulfillment and joy in participating in these meaningful programs.
